I woke up this morning feeling really positive.
I’ve got plans today, I’ve got a pilates class this morning and then I’m going shopping for some more gym clothes because I’ve gained weight since I used to work out. Then tonight I’ve got yoga which should make me feel calm.
I’m feeling like my life is really balanced at the moment and that fills me with positivity.
I’m slightly achy this morning from netball last night but I feel it is good to ache, it shows that I did something.
It’s really nice to wake up feeling good.
I had missed this feeling.
